Exploring Billings Section:
Visit the Billing Page:
Navigate to the ‘Billing’ section from the main dashboard.
Here you can view the credit details and the overall credit usage according to the flows execution
Credit Management
This page provides all the necessary information on net credit usage per the executed flows. A graph of credit usage and flow spending is provided to clearly show the user how much and when each flow was executed.
Credit Usage Chart
This line graph shows the total credit used over a specific time interval. You can change the total time duration from the dropdown menu.
Spending by Flow Chart
This chart shows the spending on different flows over the selected period, which can be changed using the dropdown menu.
Adding Credits
Before adding credit make sure to check the Top-up Amount in the Automated Top-ups tab. Then, navigate to Credit Management Tab, click on "Add Credits" button and then click "Confirm". This will automatically add the Top-up amount to the credit balance.
Managing Billing Information
Keeping your billing information up to date is important for uninterrupted service.
Updating Payment Details:
Access Payment Settings:
In the ‘Billing’ section, go to ‘Payment Information’ tab.
Click on Manage Payment Methods
Here, you can update or change your payment methods.
Invoice Access:
In the ‘Billing’ section, go to ‘Billing History’ tab.
Click on View Billing History
Here, past invoices can be viewed and downloaded for record-keeping in the same section.
Managing Thresholds, Top-Up, and Budget
Triform offers features to help you manage thresholds, top-up amounts, and monthly budgets to ensure uninterrupted service.
Thresholds and Top-Up:
Setting Thresholds:
Navigate to billings section, and go to the Automated Top-ups Tab.
Check the field ‘Top-up Threshold’.
Set your desired usage threshold.
Automatic Top-Up:
Navigate to billings section, and go to the Automated Top-ups Tab.
Check the field ‘Top-up Amount’.
Specify the top-up amount.
When your usage falls below the threshold, your account will be automatically topped up by the specified amount.
Managing Budget:
Navigate to billings section, and go to the Automated Top-ups Tab.
Setting a Monthly Budget:
Check the field ‘Monthly Budget’.
Specify the monthly budget amount.
This will set your monthly budget for Triform services.
Budget Alerts and Restrictions:
If your usage crosses the set budget, you will receive a notification.
You will not be able to use additional services until you update your monthly budget
Top-ups Notices:
Triform will send you reminders if your top-up threshold is reached and when the top-up amount is credited.

Update Information: Keep your contact and payment information updated to avoid service interruptions.
